Best Decorated Business: 

We’re excited to announce the return of our Best Decorated Business Contest this year! After having to cancel last year's event due to concerns over fair play, we have introduced new rules and a judging process to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience for all participants.
This year, a designated committee will visit each participating business to assess decorations based on specific criteria. By implementing this system, we aim to foster fun and fair competition while celebrating the creativity and community spirit of our local businesses.

Rules are as follows:

1.    Participation is open to all businesses (with storefront) within the Town of Taber limits. 
   2.    Entry is free, no cost or fees apply
   3.    To enter, must pre-register before Nov 22 to be considered for judging. (indicate on Winter Festival form if      you’d like to participate or call us to get on the list). 
   4.    Judging will take place between Dec 4 - December 8, 2024 with a team of 3 judges visiting each location.
   5.    Judging criteria will include (A) unique design and creative use of lights and decoration (B) storyline or theme (C) Display & placement of decorations (D) Overall presentation.
   6.    Winner cannot have won in the last 2 years. 
   7.    Be creative, Be festive, have fun!
